Fred Grossinger (January 1, 1936, in Pittsburgh – November 21, 1995, in Los Angeles), best known by his Hollywood name, Fred Holliday, was a stage, film and television actor renowned for his all-American face〔Weiskind, Ron (29 November 1995) "Fred Holliday: Actor who feasted on commercials" ''Pittsburgh Post-Gazette'' page B-6〕 who starred in over 1,000 TV commercials from the late 1950s through the 1980s.
